Room Rates are inclusive of Complimentary Buffet Breakfast as shown above.
All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
Rates are quoted Nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Surcharge of RM50.00 per Chalet/Bungalow per night is applicable on eve and on Malaysian Public Holidays.
Extra mattress or Extra Person is chargeable at RM40.00 Nett per mattress per night with 1 breakfast and RM35.00 Nett without breakfast.
No extra room charges for children from 3 to 12 years old sharing room with parent to a maximum of 2 children.
Children from 3 years to 12 years old enjoy 50% discount on meals rates. Children from 2 years and below, buffet meals are complimentary. All ala carte menus will be chargeable as per order.

Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
Prior room reservation is required (at least 7 days before proposed check-in date) and is subject to room availability
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
At present we are not able to accept online payment by credit cards.
Group and monthly rates available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY & CHARGES

Less than 8 days from check-in date chargeable at 50% of the total rooms and/or package charges.
Less than 4 days from check-in date chargeable at 100% of the total rooms and/or package charges.
NO SHOW - 100% of the total rooms and package charges

SECURING YOUR RESERVATION

Within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours from submission of your Reservation Form, you shall receive the confirmation of your room/s or packages from our Internet Sales Team; thereupon you are required to deposit (within the deadline) into the resort/hotel's Bank Account the total amount for the first night of the total rooms reserved or 50% of total package amount (whichever is applicable) to the following Bank.

Upon making the said deposit you are to fax Bank-In-Slip to the resort/hotel within the stipulated period failing which your room/s shall be auto released without any further referral to you. The Fax Number shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
Teluk Dalam offers individual chalets and bungalows with a magnificent view of either the garden or the sea.
All accommodation units comes complete with balcony, hot & cold running water, air-conditioning, IDD telephone, in-house TV and movies, coffee & tea making facilities, mini-bar, in-room personal safe and much more.
